Operation Specifications
Before operation, check the saw blade for cracks, deformed segments and defective welds, and calibrate the horizontal level of the cutting machine workbench to prevent inclined cutting. Install the blade strictly according to the rotation direction, fasten the flange bolts firmly, and perform 60 seconds no-load test run to confirm no abnormal vibration. When cutting granite horizontally, adopt low-speed and constant-speed feeding, avoid fast feeding and forced pressing to prevent blade jamming and segment chipping. Sufficient water cooling is required for the whole process, and the water flow is increased appropriately compared with marble cutting to control cutting temperature. Do not cut heterogeneous hard impurities such as iron blocks and sand grains mixed in the stone. After work, clean the stone powder and debris on the blade surface, store it flat in a dry and dust-proof place, and check the segment wear regularly. Replace the blade in time if serious wear, tooth loss or welding crack occurs.
