Our laser welded concrete saw blade is widely used in various construction engineering scenarios, mainly applicable to the cutting of concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt, and other hard materials. It is suitable for road renovation and maintenance (old road cutting, slotting), building demolition and reconstruction (concrete wall cutting, beam and column cutting), bridge construction and maintenance (bridge deck cutting, pier cutting), and municipal engineering (sidewalk, square concrete cutting). It is also applicable to the cutting of concrete prefabricated parts, concrete slabs and other products in stone processing factories and prefabricated component factories. The saw blade is compatible with bridge cutting machines, floor cutting machines, hand-held cutting machines and other equipment, and can meet the cutting needs of different precision and intensity, including high-precision cutting of concrete components and large-area cutting of road engineering.
1. Installation Notes: Before installation, check whether the saw blade is damaged, deformed or the segment is loose, and confirm that the saw blade size matches the cutting equipment. The rotation direction of the saw blade must be consistent with the arrow mark on the blade. When installing, ensure that the flange and nut are tightened to avoid loosening during operation. The equipment should be in good condition, the main shaft should be free of deformation and radial runout, and the chuck and flange should be clean.
2. Operation Notes: Before cutting, run the equipment idly for 30-60 seconds to check whether the saw blade rotates smoothly and whether there is abnormal vibration or noise. During cutting, feed smoothly and evenly, do not apply excessive force or impact cutting, and avoid cutting metal or other hard impurities in the concrete. When wet cutting, ensure sufficient water supply to cool the saw blade and reduce dust; when dry cutting, do not cut continuously for a long time to avoid overheating of the saw blade.
3. Maintenance Notes: After use, turn off the power and wait for the saw blade to stop rotating completely before cleaning. Clean the surface dust and stone debris of the saw blade, and store it in a dry and ventilated place to avoid rust. Do not stack heavy objects on the saw blade when storing. Regularly check the welding condition of the segment, and repair or replace it in time if there is looseness or damage. When the saw blade is no longer sharp, it should be regrinded in time without changing the original angle.
4. Safety Notes: Operators must wear professional protective equipment (protective glasses, ear muffs, gloves) during operation, and must not wear loose clothes or gloves that affect operation. It is strictly prohibited to touch the rotating saw blade with hands or other objects. The operation site should be well-ventilated, away from fire sources and humid environments, and irrelevant personnel should not stay around the operation area.
