FAQ

FAQ - Oridawn
Q

What is your MOQ for diamond saw blades?

A

Wuhan Oridawn Technology Co., Ltd. applies a flexible MOQ policy:

  • Trial/sample orders: Start from 5–10 pieces per specification — designed to help buyers verify product quality before committing to bulk purchases.
  • Regular batch orders: Minimum 100 pieces per model.
  • OEM/ODM custom-branded orders: MOQ of 500 pieces per specification to justify custom mold and packaging setup costs.

We welcome small trial orders and can adjust MOQ based on product type and customer needs. Contact our sales team for a specific MOQ quotation.

Q

Can I get free samples?

A

We do not offer free samples. Diamond saw blade samples involve specialized raw materials (high-purity diamond grit and high-tensile steel core) and require dedicated small-batch production setup, making the per-unit cost significantly higher than mass production. The sample fee covers material, production, and international shipping costs. However, if you proceed to place a bulk order (≥500 pcs), the sample fee can be deducted from your final order payment. Sample production typically takes 5–7 working days, and we provide a test cutting video before shipment.

Q

Do you accept OEM/ODM brand customization for diamond saw blades?

A

Yes. Wuhan Oridawn Technology Co., Ltd. provides full OEM/ODM customization services with the following 5-step process:

  • 1. Requirement Confirmation: Customer provides brand logo, target specifications (diameter, arbor size, segment dimensions), and application material.
  • 2. Formula Matching: Our R&D team selects the optimal diamond grit size, concentration, and bond hardness based on the target material.
  • 3. Sample Production: We produce 3–5 sample pieces within 5–7 working days and provide test cutting videos.
  • 4. Customer Validation: Customer tests samples and confirms specifications.
  • 5. Mass Production: After approval, full-scale production begins (15–30 days depending on quantity).

OEM MOQ is typically 500 pieces per specification.

Q

What are your payment terms for international orders?

A

- 30% advance deposit (T/T) upon order confirmation
- 70% balance payment before shipment (after production completion and quality inspection)
For long-term partners and agent distributors, we can negotiate L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. All terms are stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI) and formal Sales Contract.

Q

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

A

Payment Methods: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, MoneyGram, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Cash
