Usage & Maintenance  

Before installation, check the saw blade for cracks, deformed segments and defective welding, and confirm that the equipment spindle runs smoothly without radial runout. Install the blade strictly according to the rotation arrow direction, fasten the flange nut firmly, and perform 60 seconds idle running test before formal cutting to eliminate abnormal vibration. During slab cutting, adopt uniform low-speed feeding, avoid sudden pressurization and impact cutting; continuous wet cutting with sufficient water cooling is recommended to prevent slab thermal cracking and blade overheating wear. After operation, clean the stone powder and sundries on the blade surface, dry it and store it in a dry and flat environment, avoiding extrusion and moisture. Regularly check the blade sharpness and welding condition, and replace the blade in time if it is severely worn or segments are loose.
