A: We do not offer free samples. Circular cutting blade samples involve specialized raw materials (high-grade steel body and precision-ground cutting teeth) and require dedicated small-batch production setup, making the per-unit cost significantly higher than mass production. The sample fee covers material, production, and international shipping costs. However, if you proceed to place a bulk order (≥500 pcs), the sample fee can be deducted from your final order payment. Sample production typically takes 5–7 working days, and we provide a test cutting video before shipment.
A: 30% advance deposit (T/T) upon order confirmation · 70% balance payment before shipment (after production completion and quality inspection). For long-term partners and agent distributors, we can negotiate L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. All terms are stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI) and formal Sales Contract.
A: Payment Methods: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, MoneyGram, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Cash. Currencies: USD (US Dollar), EUR (Euro). Incoterms 2020: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW. For orders exceeding USD 50,000, L/C at sight provides additional security under ICC UCP 600.
A: Structured after-sales claim process:
Report: Contact within 15 days of receipt. Provide photos/videos, batch number, cutting application details.
Analysis: R&D engineers analyze within 48 hours.
Solution: Manufacturing defect → free replacement in next shipment. Application mismatch → recommend correct blade model.
Compensation: Full replacement or credit per Sales Contract terms.
