TCT Saw Blades is a universal heavy-duty industrial cutting tool optimized for complex and harsh processing environments. Made of high-quality alloy steel with precise ratio of metal elements, the blade body undergoes integral forging, stress relief and hardening tempering treatment, with stable internal metallographic structure and strong comprehensive mechanical properties. Operation Precautions

Before installing the TCT Saw Blades, strictly inspect the blade body for cracks, tooth breakage, deformation, rust and other defects, and confirm that the equipment spindle operates stably without radial runout and the flange clamp is flat and clean. Install the saw blade strictly according to the rotation direction mark, fasten the locking nut firmly, and perform 30-60 seconds no-load idling test to eliminate abnormal vibration and noise before formal cutting. During operation, maintain uniform and stable feeding speed, avoid sudden acceleration, deceleration and forced pressing cutting to prevent excessive instantaneous load from causing tooth chipping and blade damage. For long-time continuous cutting, properly control the cutting speed and cooperate with cooling and dust removal measures to reduce cutting temperature and delay tool passivation. It is forbidden to cut ultra-hard materials such as high-hard alloy steel and thick steel plates beyond the blade's bearing range, so as to avoid blade breakage and safety accidents. After operation, clean the cutting debris and dust on the blade surface in time, dry it and store it flat in a dry, dust-proof and moisture-proof environment, avoiding extrusion, collision and bending. Regularly check the tooth sharpness and blade flatness, and resharpen or replace the saw blade in time if severe wear, passivation or deformation occurs.
